 THE PILGRIM Designed by Sea Kayaking UK. This unlike other low volume versions of kayaks is a kayak that has specifically been designed for small people.The hull is narrower offering speed and its a kayak that behaves and can be easily turned and controlled in the wind. Designed as a day / weekend kayak, and is ideal for the smaller person. The kayak also has raised areas for the knees either side of the keyhole cockpit. This also enables the thin taller, lighter person to paddle in comfort. Fitted with our new adjustable glass seat! This offers low support to the base of the back and a high back band. The seat can also be moved forwards and backwards. Fitted hip pads with the option of glass thigh braces help to customise the cockpit area. A well received kayak amongst the little folk! The Pilgrim is in production now and the Pilgrim Expedition will be in production in August 2009. This Pilgrim Expedition is a longer version offering an increased carrying capacity, specifically for camping expeditions. There are two versions of this hull and seat. The hull has been designed so for even smaller people there is a lower deck. This enables the smaller kayakers legs to connect with the deck. The kayak would also be fitted with a narrower / higher seat. Ideal for female size 8- . The larger hull and seat for size 10+. I expect these kayaks to replace the Romany LV and the Explorer LV The Pilgrim Measurements:
